style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Ces dernières années le problème de dépôt d'asphaltène semble se généraliser sur les champs pétrolifères  où de nombreux puits ont vu leur potentiel tellement réduit que certains parmi eux ont dû être fermés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Malgré les solutions envisagées le problème est l'objet d'une controverse particulièrement aiguë entre chercheurs. On ne s'accorde ni sur le mécanisme de la floculation des asphaltènes ni sur leur définition, les mêmes mots décrivant des états divers. Cette controverse découle de la conjugaison de plusieurs paramètres physico-chimiques lors du dépôt selon que l'on considère le système (pétrole, solution d’asphaltène) à l'état colloïdal ou moléculaire.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;L'étude qui suit traite essentiellement de la présentation d'un modèle d'association des asphaltènes sous un aspect énergétique ainsi que sur la notion d'interaction lyophobe qui découle d'une analyse thermodynamique en terme d'ordre moléculaire en avançant une tentative d'approche répondant aux problèmes causés par la complexité des phénomènes en compétition lors de l'agrégation des entités asphaltiques et de l'impact des bulles de gaz lors de leur apparition dans le tubing de production du pétrole. L’aspect pratique consiste à mettre en évidence les phénomènes par analyse thermique . La mesure expérimentale de l’énergie-chaleur libérée ou absorbée lors d’un changement d’état se produisant  au sein de l’échantillon étudié a été effectuée par analyse calorimétrique différentielle . Simultanément, la technique permet d’enregistrer le domaine de températures dans lequel se produit le changement d’état. On montre que la stabilité de chaque phase de l’écoulement de part et d’autre du point de bulle est régie par un compromis entre une enthalpie de formation des liaisons secondaires des diverses structures assurant la cohésion des asphaltènes et une entropie maximale.
